Kagi does not have a public showroom. We suggest visiting one of our stockists to view the collection in person.
I AM A RETAILER, HOW DO I GO ABOUT STOCKING KAGI?
Kagi is proudly stocked in over 300 premium outlets across Australasia and in many territories there may already be an existing Kagi stockist. Please visit our Wholesale page to see your local Kagi Business Development Manager who can provide you with more information.
HOW IS A KAGI PLATINUM STORE DIFFERENT TO A REGULAR KAGI STOCKIST?
Platinum stores have the full Kagi range and in-store experience with special cabinetry and Kagi trained instore stylists to take you through the Kagi journey. They are our flagship stores and proudly stock the entire Kagi collection.
WILL EVERY STOCKIST HAVE EVERY DESIGN & IF NOT, CAN I ORDER IT?
Some stockists may not have the product you want available in-store. This can either be through selling out and not replacing that item, or the store not stocking a new range. The good news is that they can simply custom order it in for you (the exception being stores who have chosen not to take particular ranges i.e. April/Mothers Day release, Gold range.

Sorry we don't offer a click and collect service.
DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
We try to ship to as many countries as we can and are only limited by the shipping options available and customs rules and fee's. Russia for example is not a country we are able to offer at this stage due to the high percentage of parcels that go missing even when using track and trace services. If we do not currently ship to your country and you believe we should then please Contact Us and we'll look into it for you.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?

CAN I GET MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A PO BOX?
No. The only exception is New Zealand that allows this. For you Kiwi's you will need to sign for your parcel at your local post office first before they will give it to you.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
We do not accept change of mind purchases and are unable to refund or exchange your order once it is placed. Please see the Shipping & Returns page for more information.
WHAT IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD?
6 months from date of purchase providing proof of purchase can be shown. We also offer a repairs service for items outside of Warranty. Please see our Shipping & Returns and Warranty & Care pages for more information.

CAN I MAKE A PURCHASE OVER THE PHONE?
No, we do not accept purchases made over the phone. If you’d like to purchase a Kagi product, you can order via our website or in-store, through one of our stockists.
HOW DO I USE A VOUCHER/GIFT CODE?
If you have voucher/gift code to use, you simply need to enter it into the “Redeem a Voucher/Gift code” field at any stage of the checkout process. Your order total will then take the voucher amount into account and you will only need to make payment for the remaining balance if any.
IS GIFT WRAPPING AVAILABLE?
Each piece of jewellery bought online already comes in our signature gold satin pouch. No additional gift wrapping service is available.
ARE THE PRODUCTS PICTURED THE ACTUAL SIZE?
As there are variations in computer monitor sizes, it is very difficult to show the actual size of a product on the internet. We do however, provide the measurements of each product as accurately as possible.
IF AN ITEM IS SOLD OUT, WHEN WILL IT COME BACK IN?
Because many lines are often produced in limited quantities products may sell out. We always suggest getting in early to secure your favourite styles to avoid disappointment. If the product is featured in the sale section and it’s sold out it it’s unlikely we will restock this item. However we do replenish stock of other products weekly so keep checking back to see if it’s available. Or even better, add it to your Wishlist and we'll let you know straight away so you don't miss out again.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU HAVE SALES?
As a premium and designer jewellery brand, Kagi rarely goes on sale. Our strategy is to instead offer great value on our RRP everyday prices. However, from time to time we are caught with excess stock or samples so you can expect up to 2 main sales per year. These are most likely to happen in January and July but it's always best to sign up to our Kagi Club to ensure you are kept in the loop as to the next sale opportunity.
WHERE IS KAGI MADE?
Kagi is 100% New Zealand designed with it's gemstones and pearls sourced from all around the world. We then use a team of highly skilled jewellers in Asia to hand-make our high quality product alongside where most of the worlds jewellery and premium brands are made. The Kagi design team visits these jewellery businesses several times a year to ensure that working conditions and ethics are not compromised and that our high quality standards continue to be achieved.
CAN I SEND A MESSAGE WITH MY GIFT VOUCHER?
Yes, there is text field when buying a gift voucher for a message to be added for the recipient.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY GIFT VOUCHER TO BE SENT?
Gift vouchers will be emailed to you or directly to her inbox within 1 working day & ready to use on Kagi.net.
CAN MY GIFT VOUCHER EXPIRE?
Yes, all gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
CAN I USE MY GIFT VOUCHER IN-STORE?
No, gift vouchers are for online purchases only
HOW DO I REDEEM MY GIFT VOUCHER?
STEP 1- You will receive your gift voucher in an email, once the order has been processed. It is on this email that you will have a unique code.
STEP 2- Add your desired items to your bag and proceed to checkout, filling in all details as required.
STEP 3- Once at the payment section of the checkout you will see there are two options-
STEP 4- Select ‘Pay by Gift Voucher’ and enter your unique code ‘card number’ into the field, click ‘Pay Now’. Your order will then be charged.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS MORE OR LESS THAN MY GIFT VOUCHER AMOUNT?
If your order is more than your gift voucher, you will then be charged for the full/remaining balance on your gift voucher, followed by a part payment using a credit card.
If your order is less than your gift voucher the order total will be taken from the gift voucher and charged leaving the remainder on the same gift voucher for your next purchase. To use the outstanding gift voucher amount you will need to enter in the same unique code.
CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE GIFT VOUCHER PER ORDER?
Yes, you can use more than one gift voucher per order. Simply enter in each unique voucher code one at a time.
CAN I PERSONALIZE THE GIFT VOUCHER MYSELF?
If you wish to personalize the gift voucher yourself or wish to give the gift voucher on a particular date- we suggest entering in your own address so that you receive the email with the gift voucher code.
