WHERE CAN I BUY YOUR JEWELLERY FROM?
We are stocked in top jewellery retailers across NZ & Australia which includes premium: Jewellery , Department, Fashion, Gift and Online stores. Please visit our Stockists page for a full list of all our current stockists. If you do not have a stockist nearby you can shop online here on this site.

CAN I COME TO YOUR BUSINESS OFFICE TO VIEW THE JEWELLERY?
Kat Gee does not have a public showroom. We suggest visiting one of our stockists to view the collection in person. 

I AM A RETAILER, HOW DO I GO ABOUT STOCKING KAT GEE? 
Kat Gee is proudly stocked in over 50 premium outlets across Australasia and in many territories there may already be an existing Kat Gee stockist. Please visit our Wholesale page to see your local Kat Gee Business Development Manager who can provide you with more information.

CAN I HAVE MY JEWELLERY DELIVERED TODAY?
Unfortunately we are not able to offer this service at this point in time. Please refer to the Shipping & Returns tab on any product page for estimated delivery time frames

CAN I COLLECT MY JEWELLERY INSTEAD OF HAVING IT DELIVERED?
Sorry we don't offer a click and collect service.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
We currently only ship to New Zealand & Australia

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?

CAN I GET MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A PO BOX?
No. The only exception is New Zealand that allows this. For you Kiwi's you will need to sign for your parcel at your local post office first before they will give it to you.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
We do not accept change of mind purchases and are unable to refund or exchange your order once it is placed. Please see the Shipping & Returns page for more information.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD?
12 months from date of purchase providing proof of purchase can be shown. Please see our Shipping & Returns and Warranty & Care pages for more information.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

CAN I MAKE A PURCHASE OVER THE PHONE?
No, we do not accept purchases made over the phone. If you’d like to purchase a Kat Gee product, you can order via our website or in-store, through one of our stockists.

IF AN ITEM IS SOLD OUT, WHEN WILL IT COME BACK IN?
Because many lines are often produced in limited quantities products may sell out. We always suggest getting in early to secure your favourite styles to avoid disappointment. If the product is featured in the sale section and it’s sold out it it’s unlikely we will restock this item. However we do replenish stock of other products weekly so keep checking back to see if it’s available. Or even better, add it to your Wishlist and we'll let you know straight away so you don't miss out again.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU HAVE SALES?
As a premium and designer jewellery brand, Kat Gee rarely goes on sale. Our strategy is to instead offer great value on our RRP everyday prices. However, from time to time we are caught with excess stock or samples so you can expect up to 2 main sales per year. These are most likely to happen in January and July but it's always best to sign up to our Kat Gee Club to ensure you are kept in the loop as to the next sale opportunity.

WHERE IS KAT GEE MADE? 
Kat Gee is 100% New Zealand designed with it's gemstones and pearls sourced from all around the world. We then use a team of highly skilled jewellers in Asia to hand-make our high quality product alongside where most of the worlds jewellery and premium brands are made. The Kat Gee design team visits these jewellery businesses several times a year to ensure that working conditions and ethics are not compromised and that our high quality standards continue to be achieved.
