Shipping and Returns 



NZ - Courier Delivery:

  • Dispatch to NZ occurs every week day (excluding weekends).
  • Shipped via courier post, with tracking available.
  • Orders < $199 = $10
  • Orders >$199 = FREE
  • Expected delivery time is 2-3  business days.

Australia - Courier Delivery:
  • Dispatch to AU occurs every week day (excluding weekends).
  • Shipped via a courier company, no tracking available.
  • Orders < $199 = $15
  • Orders > $199 = FREE 
  •  Expected delivery time is 5-10 business days.


Important Shipping Information:

  • We currently do not offer shipping outside of  New Zealand and Australia. 
  • To ensure your order arrives safely, please provide us with a residential or business (street) address for delivery as our signature required courier service are unable to deliver to PO boxes or private bags.
  • We cannot control couriers and delays so please be aware these are targeted delivery times only.

Duties, Taxes, and Border Charges.

  • Extra fees are added at your border if your package exceeds your local threshold levels for personal imports. 
  • Please be aware that every country has different customs laws, and international orders may incur local charges upon delivery. Any taxes, duties and customs fees into any country outside of NZ are responsibility of the receiver. 


  • All items are priced and charged in NZ dollars at checkout. The exact exchange rate is determined by the bank that issued your credit card and reflects the daily exchange rate. The following website offers an easy and free foreign exchange rate calculation with up-to-the-minute exchange rates:


  • We take great pride in our materials and workmanship, but should you have any problems a return service is available.
  • Kagi/ Gempops will replace or refund any items purchased from, within 12 month warranty period (purchased from 1st of September 2015) and a 6 month warranty period (purchased before 1st of September 2015) from the date of purchase, deemed to be at fault.

  • We accept returns for the purpose of fault, but not exchange or change of mind. If refunded, you will be refunded the value of the item at the time of your transaction. 
  • Items must be unworn and in original condition wherever possible. 
  • Any refunds will be made back to the means of purchase, i.e. credit card or gift card.
  • Although we don’t cover the cost of transporting your return back to Kagi or Gempops, we will gladly cover the cost of delivering your new product if you have requested a return. 
  • For items outside of warranty we can offer a paid repair service. Scroll down to see the applicable fees in the Repairs Forms below    

Returns Process - Australia and New Zealand

  1. Complete our Replacement Form: Click here to download Replacement Form
  2. Send this back with the items to the correct address below.
  3. New Zealand - KAGI, Level 1, 2-8 Freight Place, Airport Oaks, AUCKLAND, 2022    
  4. Once we receive the item we will assess
  5. We will then replace as appropriate and have the item sent back to you via a Standard Shipping service for that country with a confirmation email


Returns Process - Rest of the World

  1. Use the Contact Us Form and select "Product Care" to give us your contact details and a brief overview of the problem.
  2. We will then contact you and ask you send a photo of the faulty item as well as a scan of the proof of purchase (i.e. receipt).
  3. We will then be able to determine the best course of action to help you out with a quick resolution.
